Rooted in tradition, guided by intuition

I'm glad you found me — and I mean that. I prefer real connection over social media, so the fact that you're here, reading this, already tells me something about you.

After moving from New Orleans to Austin in 2014, I began my studies at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, earning my Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. But my education didn't start or end there. My foundation in Fine Arts at Louisiana State University taught me to see the human form, to notice subtle imbalances, asymmetries, and patterns that others might overlook.

Since graduating, I've devoted myself to deepening my practice through advanced training in Chinese herbal medicine, pulse diagnosis, gua sha, cupping, Egyptian Esoteric Acupuncture, Esoteric Acupuncture, and Aroma Point Therapy. Each modality has expanded my understanding of what healing truly means — and it goes far beyond the relief of symptoms.

I practice at West Holistic Medicine in downtown Austin, inside a community of practitioners who share a commitment to whole-person care. My work there has shaped me as much as any training.

What I've come to believe — through years of sitting with patients in their most vulnerable moments — is that true healing happens when we create space for people to reconnect with themselves. Not just their bodies, but their whole selves. The part that's exhausted by daily stress that accumulates faster than you can manage it. The part that senses your usual coping strategies aren't cutting it anymore. The part that's ready for something deeper than a quick fix.

That's where I come in.

I specialize in working with people who are at a crossroads — navigating chronic pain, illness, stress, anxiety, or simply a deep sense that something needs to shift. I also have a particular passion for adolescent wellness, supporting preteens and teens through the emotional and physical turbulence of growing up.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all. Every session is a collaboration. Every treatment plan is personal. Whether we're working with traditional needling, essential oils, herbal medicine, or a combination of everything — I follow your body's lead.
